Introduction
When you need an appetizer that looks impressive but takes almost no effort, these 3-Ingredient Cranberry Brie Bites are the ultimate solution. The flaky puff pastry, creamy brie, and tangy cranberry sauce create the perfect balance of flavors and textures. They’re ideal for holiday gatherings, dinner parties, or even as a quick snack to satisfy your sweet-and-savory cravings. Best of all, you only need three simple ingredients and less than 30 minutes to make them!
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed according to package instructions
1 small wheel of brie cheese, cut into small cubes
½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
Cut the puff pastry into 2-inch squares and gently press each piece into the muffin tin cups to form little pastry shells.
Add the brie: Place one cube of brie into each pastry cup.
Top with cranberry sauce: Spoon about ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the cheese.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the puff pastry turns golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cool slightly before removing from the pan. Serve warm for the best flavor and texture.
Serving and Storage Tips:
Serve Warm: These bites are best enjoyed fresh from the oven when the brie is gooey and melty.
Make Ahead: You can assemble them a few hours before baking. Keep them covered in the fridge until ready to bake.
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 5–7 minutes before serving.
Freezing: You can freeze unbaked bites on a tray, then transfer to a freezer bag. Bake from frozen, adding 3–5 extra minutes to the cook time.
