Cheesy Pan-Fried Zucchini Rounds


🔪 Instructions:

  1. Prep the Dredging Station
    In one bowl, beat the egg.
    In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the Zucchini
    Dip each zucchini round in the egg, then press into the cheesy breadcrumb mix to coat both sides evenly.
  3. Fry
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Add zucchini rounds in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
    Fry for 2–3 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Drain
    Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  5. Serve
    Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot with dipping sauce.
