1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
Juice of 1 large lemon
1 small piece fresh ginger (about 1 inch), peeled
½ cup cold water (or coconut water for extra electrolytes)
Optional: a few ice cubes
Instructions:
1️⃣ Add pineapple, lemon juice, ginger, and water to a blender.
2️⃣ Blend until smooth.
3️⃣ Strain if you prefer a smoother juice, or leave it pulpy for extra fiber.
