Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

5 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and black pepper to taste

¼ cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.

Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, reduce heat slightly and add the remaining butter. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.

Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
