While medical conditions should always be evaluated by a professional, gentle herbal infusions have long been used as a natural way to support the body’s fluid balance. This calming botanical tea blends traditional herbs known for their refreshing, cleansing, and circulation-supporting properties, offering a comforting ritual that may help ease heaviness and puffiness in the legs.
